WHEREASq the City Council wdl hold infonrntiorW meetings for each ward of
the City during the month of October, and
WHEREAS, these meetings mist be established as special council meetings to
comply with Open Meeting n0famatts;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, h bumota does hereby declare October 5, October 10, October 19, and
October 24 as Special City Council Meetings for the purpose of providing information to
residents in each of the City's four wards.
Adopted by the City Council October 3, 1994.
