the City of Plymouth for the City to acquire the necessary right-of-way to eonawet the
rad improvements; and
WHBRBAS, the City Council finds that the construction schedule for sold public
project makes it necessary to acquire title to and possession of the property as soon as
possible in order for the project to proceed; and

WHEREAS, the City bas obtained an appraisal of fair madoet value of the subject
property is the amount shown above; and
WHEREAS, MU. fit. Sec. 117 sets forth action: of the City necessary m acquire
property by eminent domain.
NOW, SORE, BE rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to commence condemnation
proceeding for the acquisition of property to proceed with the extension of
Xenium Lane.
2. Thu if necessary to meet the construction titnetable, the City Attorney may utilize
0quick-121oe' ooedemtation pursuant to Minn. Star. Sec. 117.042.
3. That the fair madmi value established by the appraiser is amounts ad forth above
are established as the approved appraisal values of the property.
