RESOLUTION AWARDING SID
FUTURE COUNTY ROAD 9
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMEM
CITY PROJECT NO. 310
WHEREAS, punuant to an advertisement for bids for the cooatnctioo of Future County Road
9 and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law,
and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that C.S. McCrossan Construction, Inc. of Maple Grove, MN is the
lowest responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
WHEREAS; written State Aid approval has rat yet been received for this City Project
although State Aid stats has reviewed the plan and formal approval Is imminent.
NOW, 'IHSREPORE, BE IT HBRBBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF nM
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA,:
1. Contingent on receiving written State Aid approval of the County Road 9 plan for City
Project No. 310 the Mayor and City Clark aro hereby authorized and directed to enter Into
the attached contract with C.S. McCrossan of Maple Own, MN in the name of the City
of Plymouth for the construction of Future County Road 9 Street and Utility Improvements
according to the pkm and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on fib
in the office of the City Clark in the amount of $1,646,513.43.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to W bidden and the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been eigned.
