The south 10 feet of Couaty Highway No. 10 ri8ht-of-way adjacent to
Bloch 1 Dembaven as dedicated on the recorded plat tbereof, Heooepin
County, MN.
AND WHEREAS; the City Cound has mviewed said mutest and found the same to be
in order.
NOW, 72MUIPOM BE TT HLRBBY RESOLVED BY THE C1TY COUNCIL. OP
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, KNNBSOTA: 'That it should, and hereby doess
establish the date of October 17, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber,
Plymouth City Gaoler, 3400 Plymouth Bouhward, as the time and pbece for the public
haft of aid petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
heuinj as provided by law.
