CITY PROJECT NO. 205
WHERBAS, reclrest for Payment No. 13 dated September 1, 1994 for Edward
Kraemer and Sans, Inc. bas been prepared by StrSarRoscoe-Psmb, Inc. and payment
h recommended; and
WHEREAS; the payment requires the City Council approval since k is recommended
that the retainage be rednoed to 2.5 S for City Project No. 206..
NOW, TMOMRB, BE IT HBMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO•.1NCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the fhWW Department h
authorized to malce payment on request for Payment No. 13 in the amount of
$136,946.92 to Edgard Kraemer and Sots, Inc..
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that other payments for additional work completed are
authorized with a retainage of 2.5S.
