RESOLUTIJN FOR BRAKING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FERNDROOS LANE
C1TY PROJECT NO. W7
WHEREAS, by a reohntion paned by the Council on September 191 1994 the City
Cleric was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cast of the following
improvenenta:
Fembroolc Lane from Schmidt Floe Road to 45th Avenue Nath
by the installation of bituminous street with concrete nub and gua , <wrm sewer,
eight foot wide bituminous trail, trunk watermain facilities, and all necessary
kpptutenances; and
WHEREAS; the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment bas been
compk>ted and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
1. A hearing shall be held on the 17th day of October 1994 in the City
Ckwuncil Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at al time and place all persona owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be beard with reference to such asiessrnent.
2. The City Cleric is hereby directed to cause a notice of the baring on the
proposed aasessni to be published once in the official nes spaper at
last two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total
cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mi notice to be
given to the owner of cacti parcel described in the assessmoit roll.
