RESOLUTION DRCLARING COST TO BE ASEMM AND
FERNBROOH LANE
CM PROJECT NO. 907
VJgBRB.AS, a contract bas been let for the improvement of
Fenbrook Lane from Schmidt Labe Road to 45th Avenue North
by the installation of bituminous street with concrete curb and Sutter, storm newer,
eight foot wide bituminous trail, trunk watenmain fac • ties, and all necessary
appurtenances, and the eontw price for such improveme -d is $344,836.93 and the
expenses incurred or to be incurred in the mating of said improvement amount to
$62,843.72 so the total cost of the improvement will be 5407,680.65 and of this colt
the City will pay $232,570.05 as its share of the cost;

1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be 5175,110.60.
2. It is further determined that the following charges for water trunk main,
pumping and storage facilities for the above project shall be applied to the
existing land use zoning:

3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Bngineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement
agunst every accessible lot, piece of parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by the law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
4. The Cleric shall upon completion of such proposed assessment notify the
Council thereof.-
