RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED
FERNBROOH LANE WATERMAIIV
CITY PROJECT NO. 311
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 19, 1994, the City
Cork was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following
improvement::
Trunk watemain improvements along Fernbrook Lane from
approximately 374 fat north of County Road 6 4acennt to I494
southerly to the Luce Line 'hail.
by the construction of lateral service from trunk waternain facilities, and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WiUWJW; the Clerk bas notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;

1. A hearing shall be held on the 17th day of October 1994 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pas: upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
last two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total
cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be
given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
