WMtEAS, a contract has boa let for the improvement of:
71rvnk watermain improvements along Fernbrook Lina from
anmminutely 374 feet north of County Road 6 adjacent to I-494
southerly to the Luce Line Trail
by the construction of lateral service from trunk watermain facilities, and all necessary
appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $114,585.20 and the
expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement. amount to
$19,906.64 so the total cost of the improvement will be $134,491.84 and of this cost
the City will pay $124,395.34 as its share of the cost;
NOW 9 7 HEREFORE, BE IT MMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The oat of such improvement to be specially assessed is bereby declared to
be S10,096.50.
2. The City Cleric, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement
against every accessible lot, piece of parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by the law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessment no* the
Council thereof.
