Cork was directed to prepare a gopoaed assessment of the total we of the following
improvamefa:
Dunkirk Lane from Old Ro lobed Road (Old County Rcad 9) to Future
County Road 9.
by the installation of bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, 8'
wide bituminous tail, swdtary sewer lateral, trunk and lateral watcrtmin facilities, and
all necessary appurtenances; and
WiIBRBAS; the Clerk; has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;

1. A hawing shall be bold on the 17th day of October 1994 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulward, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pan upon such
propmed assessment and at such time and play in pawns owning
property at%cted by such improvement will be given an opportunity to
be bard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the baring on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the .tearing and shall stale in the notice the total
coat of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be
given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
