CITY PROJECT NO. 309
SVCS, a contract has been IN for the improvement of:
Dunkirk Lane from Old Rochford Road (County Road 9) to Future
County Road 9
by the installation of bituminous steeds with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, 8'
wide bituminous trail, anituy sewer lateral, trunk and lateral watermain facilities, and
all necessary appurteeanoes, and the contract price for such improvement Is
59449320.81 and the expenses iccurred or to be incurred in the nuking of said
Improvement amrount to $149,854.43 so the total coat of the improvanem• will be
$19094,175.23 and of this cost the City will pay $546,027.86 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THffiiBFORX BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MNNESOTA:
1. The coat of such improvement to be spatially assessed is hereby declarod to
be $548,147.37.
2. 17he City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement
against every accessible hot, pi% : % of parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by the law, and shall
file a copy of such pr+nposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed aueument notify the
Council thereof.
