WHBRBAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 19, 1994, the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total coat of the following
improvemem:
Schmidt Lake Road from Northwest Boulevard to Fernbrook Lane and
Fernbrook Lame from Schmidt Lake Road to 900 feet north.
by the installation of bituminous streets with concrete curb and Sutter, storm sewer, 8'
wide bituminous trail, sanitary sewer trunk latera, trunk watermain and lakural
watenmain facilities, and all necessary appurtenances; and
VV HEUTAS; the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and Mad in the office of the City Clock for public inspection;

1. A hearing shall be head on the 17 day of October 1994 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 PlymouW
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such
proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning
property affected by such irrprovement will be given at opportunity to
be hand with reference to such assessment.
2. Mw City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be pubfisW once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the haring and shall state in the notice the total
cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be
given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
