Schmidt Labe Road from Northwest Boulevard to Fernbrook Lane and
Fernbrook Lane from Schmidt Lake Road to approximately 900 feet
north.
by the installation of bituminous streets with concr to curb and gutter, storm sewer, 8'
wide bituminous trail, sanitary sewer trunk and lateral, and lateral watermain facilities
and all amsury appurtenances, and the contnux price for such improvement is
$29201,288.05 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said
improvement amount to $390,659.88 so the total cost of the improvement will be
$2,591,947.93 and of this cost the City will pay $1,477,327.68 as its share of the cost;

1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hAeby declared to
be 51,114,620.25.
2. It is further determtned that the following charges for water trunk main,
pumping and storage facilities for the above project shall be applied to the
existing land use Zoning.
Residential $1,580 per acre
Commercial/Industrial, $2,370 per acre
3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, &hall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement
against every accessible lot, piece of parcel of land within the district
affected, without regard to ash valuation, as prop ided by the law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
4. The Clerk shall Irpor completion of s:ich proposed assessment notify the
Council thereof;
