NOW. 1iMIREFORB, BB IT MIREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MDINESOTA:
1. A certain Petition repeo ft the improvemeet of Caarebt Overlook Addition by the
installation of reddeotial onumeotal meet liShtinj, filed with the City Conodl on
September 199 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required proeoup of
oMaers of property affected thereby. Tbis declaration is made in conformance to
Mianeaota Statutes Sectioo 429.035.
2. The p ddoo is dpW by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rim to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is busby refereed to the City Be gineer and be is instnrcted to report to
the City Council with W convenient speed advising the Couodl in a p allmioary
way U to whether the popoeed impovemeot is feasible and U to whether it should
best be made U proposed or in Cogjuncdon with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
