RECBIMG REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
TRENTON LANE NORTH OF 41ST AVENM
WiIEum, pursuant to a re ohrtion of the CouaW adopted September 199 1994 a
report has been prepared by the City IS Il with reference to the impevremeat of
Trenton Lane north of 414 Avenue by the hwtalkdon of raddemhl Weer lights and
this report was received by the Ca mdl on September 19, 1994.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CnT COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council find: and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property adjacent to the and named as the
location of the impswmnsW.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted September 199 1994. The petitioners have waived
their right to a publk hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for than
improvements. He shall 000rdinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
