WHER AS, a petition has been received from Ali Zahedi, Bomb Johnson, Roy
Coombe, Donald Si*m and Kurt (iarmec„ requesting installation of residential :truer
lighting on Trenton Laos north of 41 it Avenue.

I. A certain petition requesting the improven" of Trenton Lace north of 419
Avenue by the installation of residential street Bghtiog, filed with the City Council
on September 19, 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage
of owners of property affected theebY. This declaration is made in conformance to
MinneM Statutes Section 429.033.
2. Thu petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owner and they have
waived their dgbts to public improvemaa and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is bereby referred to the City &gineer and be is instructed to report to
the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to wbodwr the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whetber it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction witb some other improvement and the
estimated cast of the improvement as recommended.
