REDUCING DEVELAMMN'P BOND
GOLFV19W ESTATES ADDITION (91047)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated Febrmy 10, 1992 and revised February
249 1992, Lowry HM Development Company, developer of GoWww Estates Addkkv (91047), has
speed to install certain improvements for said developme ; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the area, uWky and site graft as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
work;
