WHEREAS, in aeoordance with the development contract dated June 7, 19949 Bupw R. F~9
Darlene R. Forbr 9 Martin N. Harded, and Janice B. Harstad, developer of Sugar Hills 3rd Addition
(9044), has agreed to install certain improveoxab for said development; and
WH MEAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
NOMI, THEREFORE, BE rr HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the bonding requirements aro reduced as follows:
11iat the letter of credit required for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $460,329 to
$262,869 to reflect the completed work. Letter of Credit No. 10913 may be reduced accordingly.
