NOW, THBRBPORB. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CrIY OF PLYMOUTH, MQINBSOTA, that it should and bereby does approve
the request of Prime BuMem tar a She Pion and Conditional Use Permit for property
bcabd at the southwest corner of Baa Labe Rood sad Nation Lam Nor, subject to
the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of pact dedication fees :hail include a combination of fees -in -Hou of
dedication in accordance with the Dedication Pocky in effect at the time of
P n m1g the pbt witb Hennepin County and credit for trail paving oasts.
3. Submittal of a 30 -foot trail easement prior to recording the Final Fiat with
Hennepin County. No credit wM be given for the easement. The developer
shall construct the trail.
4. Compliance with Policy Remhaion 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevatiooa
for new structures on An &*cent to, or containing any open storm water
drainage facility.
3. Submission of ngAW financial guarantee and Site Perfoenanoe Agreement for
completion of site improvements with;n 12 months of the date of this raobnion.
