WEMMAS9 Turmas Pmb*y has requamd a She Plan Amendment for a pattlog kot
expansion located at 9909 South Shore Drive; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Meeting and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREPORB, BE IT HBRWY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MWNBSOTA, that it sbouW and bereby does approve
the request of Thomas Prokasky Architects for a Site Plan Amendment for a parking lot
expansion located at 9909 South Shore Drive, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City B ms's Memorandum.
2. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements within 12 months of the dam of this resolution.
3. Any signage shall be in Compliance with the Ordinance.
4. Any mbn*mo phases or expansbos are subject to required reviews and
approvsis per Ordinance provisions.
S. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire
Ism.
6. Site Plan Amendment is for the addition of 14 parking spaces.
7. Additional evergreen plantings subject to the City Finater's approval, shall be
p1aned on the west side of the two parking lot areas to provide additional
screening of the parking lots to the residsotial property.
Adopted by the City Council on September 19, 1994.
