WHEREAS, Janco, Inc. has requested a Final Plat for Amager Preserve Phu 2 located
northwest of BaWm lase and Old Rockford Road; and,
WHEREAS, the City gaff has prepared a Developmeot Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, 'IiEREFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE, CITY OF PLYMOVIB, bEMMOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Flat and Development Contact for Forester Preserve Plat 2 located at
northwest of Balani Lace and Old Rockford Road, and,
FIJRTHW that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City ManW be autborixed to execute the Devekhabnt Contract on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on September 19, 1994.
