CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 94- S56
PROPOSED PROPERTY TAR LEVIES FOR TARES PAYABLE IN 1995
WHEREAS, the City Council has preliminary approved the proposed operating
budget for the perlod commencing January 1, 1995 and certain monies to fine= said
budgets are preliminary required to be raised from taxa on taxable property in the Chy
of Plymouth.
NOW, TORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE, CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMESOTA, that the following sum of money
be raised by tax on taxable property in the City of Plymouth for 1995 as art out in the
preliminary approved 1995 City budgets are hereby proposed to be levied:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said proposed tax levy be certified to the
County Auditor of HwknapLi County on or before September 13, 1994.
