RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR CITY CENTER MCPANSION
PROJZCT NO.126
WHEREAS, Parma to advertisement for bids for coawuction of the City Ceater axpaosion
bids were rommed, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bide were
reviewed;

WHEREAS, it appears laud Martin Construction Inc. of Minneapolis Minoeaofa is the lowed
responsible bidder complying with the minimum specifications;
NOW, 'THEREFORE BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, NMWZSOTA, that the bid for the City Cooler expawdon be
awarded to Lund Martin Construction Inc. in the amount of $2,707,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED do:
I . The Mayor and City Manager are bereby authorized and directed to enter into the
attached context with Lund Martin CoodnXtion Inc, of Minneapolis► Minnesota in the
name of the City of Plymouth for the City Center expansion project according to phuu
and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on fib in the offios of
the City Manager in the amount of the low bid of $2,707,000.
2. The City Manager 4 hereby authorized and directed to return fbnbwith to all bidders
the deposits mads with their bids, except that the deposits of the mmms bl bidder and
the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract las been signed.
