RESOLUTION % - 552
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTnM EASMiVTS
AND DRAINAGE EASZMMgT FOR PONDING PURPOSES
OUTLOT C, FERNBROOH WOODS ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate drainage and utility easements and dmirrage
easements for ponding purposes, within Outlot C, Feinbrook woods Addition; and
WHEREAS; said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHERBAS; a public bearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for September 12, 1994
in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said baring was published and posted two weeks prior to
the meeting of September 12, 1994; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Council did bold a public bearing on September 12, 1994 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easements and drainage
easements for ponding purposes, within Outlot C, Fernbrook Woods Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ft HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements and
drainage easements for ponding purposes be vacated:
The drainage and utility eaaalent and drainage easement Por ponding purposes
within Outlot C, Perebrook Woods 2nd Addition according to the plat thereof on
file or of record in the office of the Registry of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
