WHBRM. the Planning Commission wisbm to bold a joint meeting with the City
Council to discuss the pgpmd wetlands Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, discussion by the City Council on the format for October ward meetings
will be help W in palming these meetings; and
WHEREAS, the City Council should consider dates for City Attorney interviews; and
WHEREAS, the City Council should conduct the City Manger's perfonnanc
evaluation in a closed meeting;
NOW THSRMOM BE 1T RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Plymoutb, Mbunsota does hereby estabWb September 26, 1994 as a Special City Council
meeting to discuss the proposed wetlands Ordinance with the Planning commission, to
discuss the format for the October ward meetings, and to consider dates for city Attorney
interviews;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council also establlsiros a closed
meeting on September 26 to discuss the City ManWr's annual performance evaluation.
