REQUESTING IOTA DEPARTAMN T OF TRANSPORTATION TO
CONDUCT A SPE® ZONM STUDY
NOR'ISWFST BOULEVARD FROM COUNTY ROAD 10 TO COUNTY ROAD 9
WHEREAS, Northwest Boulevard has reoeotly been completed to a four Ince urban
'arterial" roadway ttom County Road 10 to County Road 9; and
VAMM LEAS, the oft and reasonable speed must now be determined by the Minnesota
Department of Tmnq rutkm in accordance with State Law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH MINNBSOTA: That the City request the Minnesota Department
of Tran:pmatioo to undertalm on engineerft study to detemilne the safe and reasonable
speed ca the foUowinS road:
Northwest Boulevard from County Road 10 to County Road 9.
