WHEREAS, px=0 to a resolution of the Council adopted September 129 1994 a
report has been prepared by the City Bogineer with reference to the improvement of
Portes Labe North 11th Addition by the inwllation of ornamental residential weer
lights and this report was received by the Council on September 12, 1994.
NOW, 1MUWORB, BE IT HEMY RBSOLVBD BY THE CrTY COUNCNL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owner of real property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Sucb improvement is hereby otdete I as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted September 12, 1994. The petitioners have waived
their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Bngioeer is bereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the worm whicb will be done by
NoR6an States Power Company.
