WHEREAS, a petition has ban teoeived from L.A. Laukha Development Compay,
the developer, requesting installation of ornamental teddentW street lighting in Padders
Labe North 11th Additioo..
NOW, 72MUMOM IIS 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY rOUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, H NNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Parken Labe North 11th Addition
by the installation of residWW ontaumtal street bli ting. filed with the City
Coundl on September 12, 19% is hereby declared to be signed by thin required
pertage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in
conformance to Minnesota Statutos Soxxioc 429.MS.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property uwnen and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and specW assessment headngs.
3. The petition is hereby rofened to the City Engineer and be is instructed to mpntt to
the City Coundl with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
wry as to whetber the proposed improvement Is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or In cogjuncdon with some other Improvement and the
estimated cost of the Improvement as r000mmended.
