NOW. 'liiEREFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MWNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines dot :aid petition was signed by
all the owners of real psoperty within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement b hereby ordered as proposed in the CmaW
resolution adopted September 12, 1994. The petitioners have waived
their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Bngineer is hereby dedpated as the engineer for these
improvemew. He shall coordimate the wort which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
