ORDERING PREFARATION OF REPORT

Addition.
NOW, TORE, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CGUJNCIL OF
TSB C1TY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA.
1. A certain petition requesting the improvemerat of Waastbranch 20d Addition by the
installation of residential ornamental street lisp, filed with the City Council on
September 12. 1994 is bereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of
owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to
Minnesota Statute Section 429.MS.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvanenl and special ammuent hearings.
3. The petition Is hereby adma d to the City Engineer and be it instructed to report to
the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council is a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
bat be made as proposed or in conjunctiva with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
