WF> REAS, PMuant to a msohstion of the Council adopted September 12, 1994 a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of
Acether Rio 3rd Addition by the inwlistion of mrrrmental reside" street lights and
this report was received by the Council on September 12, 1994.
NOW, SORB, BE IT HMMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCQ. OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that aid petition wu sighed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted September 12, 1994. Tb petitioners have waived
their right to a public bearing.
3. The City B gbmr is hereby du*AW as the engineer for these
improvanads. He shall cooedimte the work which Mill be done by
Northern States Power Company.
