DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING

WHEREAS, a petition has been moeived from Lundgren Bros. Construction, Inc. the
developer, requesting inwWtion of ornamental residential street lighting in Heather
Run 3rd Addition..
NOW, I703REFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Hather Rua 3rd Addition by the
installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on
September 129 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of
owoers of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their tights to public improvematt and special assessment bearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to
the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement it feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in cogjunctio n with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
