HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1994-543• CTTY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 94 - 543 APPROVING THE TECwGCAL EVALUATION PANEL CONCLUSION THAT NO WETLANDS E7[I91 ON PARCEL 22-1122-13.0001 wHMtBAS, the owners of the John Rounds property, 3320 Xeniom Lane, requested the Technical Bvahj1ion Pacd to determine if there are wetlands on the property; and wHBRBAS, the panel mat at the site and considered the following questions: 1) were wetlands on site; 2) if wetland: exist, what types were present; 3) if wetlands exist what wen their boundaries; 4) do any exemptions to the wetland Conservation Act apply; and wHBRBAS, the panel conducted an investigation regarding the soil, vegeftation, and hydrology on the site and the panel fowl the following: hydric soils were Present on the site, hydrophytic vegetation was Present on portions of the site, the hydrophytk vegetation was primarily shrub and tree: species, wetland hydrology was absent, no wetlands were deftgdned to exist due to the lack of wetland hydrology. Since no wetlands were found on the site, Questions 2 through 4 were not relevant. Wetland Conservation Act requiremmta place no restriction on the development of the site.
