ADOPTING ASSESSNIENTS
CITY PROJECT NO. 427
SANITARY SEWER AND WATFRR AM AREA
AND USAGE OF TRUNK SANITARY SEWER FOR SEWER LATERAL
BASS CRBBK BUSINESS PARK 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS. We have received a Waiver of Assessment Hearin] from the property owner of
Baa Creek Business Put waiving their right to special assessment hearings covering the
installation of sanitary newer service and water trunk fhcilities and usage of trunk sanitary
sewer for sewer lateral amd all other appurmances;

1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby accepted and shall constitute the special asseuament apinst the lands named therein
and each tact of land therein included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed
improvement In the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such aanssment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of S
yarn, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the fire Monday in January,
19959 and shall bar interest at the rate of 8.00% per annum from the date of adoption of
this assessment resolution. Tb the first installment shall be added interest on the entire
asaeament from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1995. To each subsequent
installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installmea4.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
assessment to the County Pinance Director, pay the whole of the assessment on such
property with interest accrued to the dace of payment to the City Pioanoe Director, except
that no interest :lull be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days from the
adoption of this resolution and he may at any time thereafter pay the City Finance Director
the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid with inte eat accrued to December 31
of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must be made before
November 15 or interest will be charged through December 31, of the next succeedLtg
yur•
4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a ceRified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Pieance Director to be extended on the proper tax Bats of the County and such assessments
shall be collected and paid over U the same manner as, other municipal taxes.
S. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is $48,049.06.
