RESOLUTION 94-541
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARDIG ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND LIMITY EASEMENT
WST 2ND ADDrMN
WHEREAS, patsuant to M.S.A. 412.831, Oregay J. Flank on behalf of Roclion
Corporation hu petidoned the City Council for the vacation of the folbwing drainage
and utility easement:
All of the drainage and utility easements dedicated on the Final Plat of
WST 2nd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
AND W MEAS; the City Council has reviewed said request and found the am to be

NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE IT HEIMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby doe:,
establish the date of October 17, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
heating of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publM notice of aid
heating as provided by law.
