ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND U 13LITY SASENMNT

WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Jim Hrda of Minmr-Weiimen bu
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility
easement:
The 6.00 foot drainage and utility easement dM the south Win of
Outlot A, except the eau 10 feet and the west 6 feet, along the north Woe
of Lot 1, except the au 10 feet along the north line of Lot 2, except the
wag 6 feet W in Block 1 u dedicated on the plat of Medicine Lake
InduurW Park, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hemepia
County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS; the City Council hu reviewed :aid requeu and found the same to be
in order;
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it sbould, and hereby does,
uWalish the date of October 17, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, u the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the adminimtive staff to publish notice of said
baring u provided by law.
