AUT RORICINO REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
LAURA-WBIJAMS. PAOP1RtTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF VICKSBURG LANE AND SHENANDOAH LANE, LOTS 1.2.3.4,596,7,
RWCK 1, AND LOTS 1, AND 2, BLOCK 2. 03067)
VAIE tBAS, a Final Pht / P1aa and Development CoWM for Laukka-WII1i.ms was
appoved under Cky Council Resolutions 93-444 and 93-445; and,
WiestBAS, the developer submitted the requited Sine Performance Guarantee is the
form of a Savings Cerdtkaoe in the amount of $238,428.50; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City gaff bu inspected Said site and
recommends redaction of the fimanrcW guarantee;
NOW, 7UMMM BE IT HiNMY RESOLVED BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby door authorize
a $203,428.30 reduction of the Savings Cents cm wideb was submitted to guarantee
site in provermots for LuMm-Williams to a new told guarantee of $35,309.50.
