WHEREAS, a Final Plat / Plan and Development Contract for L ub a -Williams wu

WHEREAS, the developer admitted the required :+te Performance Ouareotse in the
fb m of a Later of Credit in the amount of $31,500.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 91-598, authorized a reducdoo of the
Lacer of Credit 0930628-1 to $99625.00
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff bas inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Snanciai guuaetee;
NOW, THEREFORB, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THB CT1Y COUNCIL OF
THE CM OF PLYMOUTH, MDiNBSOTA, t'aat it should and hereby does authorize
a $8,425.00 redtwdm of the Latter of Credit which wu submitted to 8uamntee site
improvements for NedegnW Coostruc ion Inc. to a now total guarantee of $1,200.00.
