RESOLUTION 94 - 531
APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ICBM
OUST ENTERPRISES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST
INTERSECTION OF I494 AND COUNTY ROAD 47 M03) WUD 93-1)
WHEREAS, Ken Gust Enterprises has ra*mt!d a Final Plat for Camelot Overlook for
located at the southwest intemcdon of I-494 and County Rood 47; and$
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, TiaWJ8FORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CGUNCEL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Plat and Development Contract for Ken Oust Bnterprim locked at the
southwest intersection of I-4% and County Road 47, and,
FURIHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on September 12, 1994.
