Plymouth, bu caused the 1994 Weed Bradication and Deswction, hail 1 on certain lands within odd
City, and a detecminedw has been made that certr3n cbmW $horst, have not been paid as pvvided by
law, and the total amount of such work amounts to $39680.00.
1. The oar of such asaeument to be Rmcially assessed is hereby declared to be $31680.00.
2. The City Clark, with the AufMM of the City Weed Impactor shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assemble
K piece or parcel of laud within the district affected without regard to cash valuation, as
provided by law, and the dark shall fib a copy of such proposed assessment in the office
of the City Cads for public inspection.
3. The Cork shall, upon the campation of such proposed assessment, nDOY the Council
tberaof.
