CALLING FOR PUBLIC E01ARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
DELINQUENT MONTHLY WATER, SEWER, RECYC1JNG AND STREET
LIGHTING SERVICK CHARGES, UNPAID ANNUAL STREET LIGHTING FOR
UNB4p'ROVED PARCELS AND UNPAID ANNUAL RECYCI NG FETES
, by a resob tion pored by the Council on September 12, 19949 the City Cleric
was directed to prepan a proposed assessment for certain charges for the delinquent monthly
waW, sewer, ming and street �g service charges,
, unpaid arcual street lightift for
unImproved parody and unpaid annual recycling fees as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, the Cleric has noticed the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the orrice of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, TSBRE.FOM BE IT ROMY RA%SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTS, MINNESOTA:
1. A public hearing shall be bola on the l7th day of October, 1994 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at sucb clue and place W persons owning property affected by such
charges will be given an opportunity to be beard with reference to such
assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the bearing on the
proposed assesameot to be published twice in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total amount
of the assessment. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to
the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
