ittESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESS® AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR DELINQUENT MONTHLY
WATER, SZWZR, RECYCLING AND STREET LIGHTING SERVICE CHARGES.
UNPAID ANNUAL STREET LIGHTING FOR UNIMMOVED PARCELS AND
UNPAID ANNUAL RECYCLING FEES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Cbapter VQ, Section
715.040 720.21 and 730.13 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, a
determination bas been made that certain charges for delingaent monthly Mater, sewer
recycling and street lighting service charges, annual street lighting for unimproved parcels and
annual recycling fees have not been paid as provided by laws and the total amount of such
charges is $1909349.36
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The amount of delinquent utilities to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $1891606.18 the amount of the street lighting is beruby declared to be
$397.38 and the amount of recycling is hereby declued to be $345.80.
2. The City Cleric, with the assistance of the Director of Finance, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed as provided by
law; and the cleric shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office
of the City Cleric for public inspection.
3. The Cleric shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
