SETTING CONDITIONS TO BB MST PRIOR TO FMWG OF THE RELATED
FINAL FLAT FOR WAONBR SPRAY TECH CORPORATION FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT T1111 NORTHEAST CORNER OF FERNBRO K LANE AND
COUNTY ROAD 6 ('940
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat for Wagner Spay Toch
Cor mdw located at the nortbast corner of Fetabrook We and County Rod 6;
NOW, THEREPIORE, BE IT HERMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, do it sbouid and bereby does approve
the following to be met, prior to recording of, and misted to said pot:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of building permit issuance.
3. Removal of all hazardous trees from the property at the owner's expense.
4. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structure in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm
water drainage NcWty.
S. No yard setback variances aro granted or implied.
6. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing the Final Plat.
7. No building permits to be issued until the Final Plat is Med and recorded with
Hennepin County.
