APPROVING PRffiMANARY FIAT AND STTS PLAN ARCOMMENT FOR
WAGNER SPRAY TECH CORPORATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST COINER OF PERNBROOR LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 6 (910®0
WISEtEAS, Wagner Spay Tech Corpoation has requested a Preliminary Plat ad Site
Plus Amendment for a 69,250 square -foot building agvusion located at the northeast
corner of Feabrook Looe and County Road 6; and
WHEREAS, the Ploming Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Meeting and recommends approval;
NOW, SORE, BS IT EMERY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
TITS CTTY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Wagner Spay 'Itch Corporation for a Preliminary Plat and Site Plan
Amendment for a building expansion located at the nonhow corner of Fernbrook Lane
and County Road 6, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer'a Memorandum.
2. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedkation in accordance with the
Dedication Policy in effect at the time of building permit issuance.

for new stroctures on sites a4*w to, or containing any open corm water
drainage facility.

Submission of required firmcial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of alto improvements within 12 months of the date of this resolution.
Any aigoage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance.
Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance Provisions.
Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants, fire
department connection, fire lanes and fire I me signage.
All waste and waste containen shall be stored in the designated r—..an enclosure
area.
