RESOLUTION 94 - 517
AUTHORIZING TEMUNA17ON AND RELEASE, OF DBCLARATION OF
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR BLACK 2, PLYMOUTH

WHEREAS, a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions limiting the uses
on Block 21 Plymouth Hills Addition was recorded an Block 2 as Document No.
1330641, May 23, 1979; and,
WHERIW, the City Council adopted Resolution 92-543 amending the allowed uses in
Block 2, Plymouth Hills Addition; and,
W EIMAS, the City of Plymouth is a party to the Declaration of Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the Declaration restricting uses on Block 2
conflicts with Resolution 92-5430 the approved PUD Plan;
NOW, THERE1101K BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that h should and hereby does authorize
the termwiWon and mase of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions on Block 2, Plymouth Hills Addition filed of record May 231 1979 as
Document No. 1330641.
Adopted by the City Council on September 12, 1994.
