WHEREAS, in order to prem a draft ordinance, technical infonwdm is required;
and,
WHEREAS, the Plmmsing C uWaion bu recommended the completion of a raid
verification of the tl wdm and value of all wetlm & in the City; Audi
WHEREAS, Dahlgren Shardlows Mod UbM4 Inc. (DSU) has been providing the
necemary technical Aad professional mervioem to complete a draft wedu d inventory and
wetland ordinance.
NOW, 7MEPORB, B8 rr HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE MY COUNCQ. OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, b6NNBSOTA, that the staff is aut wdnd to enter into
an amended agreement with Dahlgren, Shardiow, and Uban, Inc. to provide the
neoesary sech" and prolbssiooal services to mnpkte a MU wetland inventory and
draft wetland ordimm at an additional cost not to exceed $50,900.
FURTHER, that Amdiog for the services is provided from the Storm Water Funds as
follows:
Bassett Creek
Minnehaba Chet
Elm Creat
Shingle Creek
Adopted by the City Council on August 29, 1994.
