WEOMRAS, Independent School District 281 has requeroed a Site Plan Amendment, Coodkiooal Use Permit and Variance for an dhieticlphysial education complex located at Armstrong Sigh Schad. The property it more specifically described as follows: That part of Government Lot 1 lying north of the woody exoeodon of the north Has of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and lying south of the north 735 The thereof; also, that pan of the south 300 feet of the north 735 feet of government Lot I lying east of the west 416 Not thereof except the rondo Section 24, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Searing and recommends approval; NOW, TURBPORB, BE TP EMMY RESOLVED BY THE CM COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMMOTA, that it sbouW sad bereby does approve the request of Independent School District 281 for a Site Plan Amendment, Conditional Use Permit and Variance for an athletie/physical education complex located at Ann" Sigh School, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing any open stone water drainage facility. 3. Submission of required fln=W guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of alto improvements within 12 months of the date of this resolution. 4. Any signage sbW be in compliance with the Ordinance. S. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the bcatbn of Poe hydrants and fin lames. 7. All waste and waft comtairers shall be located in accordance with the plm, and no outside Nonp is permitted. B. Tib School District shall provide the City data regarding the decibel levels monitored during the first home football game and sooner game. The City will require modifications to the public address system V the City finds that there is a negative noise impact on the surrounding property. 13. The lighting plan approved includes a .5 -foot candle contour line extending eastward onto the common open space on the Tiberon project. The lighting plan shall meet all other lighting requirements. 14. All off-duty police officers used to perform traffic or other duties shall be Plymouth police ofiioen unless they ase not available. 13. Any request to modify the Management / Operational Plan shall require an amendment to the Contutlonal Use Permit. 16.
