WHEREAS, Abingdon Developrow CmpOroioa bas requested a Pnlhai■ q Plat for

WHBRBAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed aid request & a duly called
Public Haring;
NOW, 711BREFORB, BE 1T HBRRMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CTPY OF PLYMOUTH, MIMMOTA, that it should and busby don deny the
request of Abingdon Development Corporation for a Preliminary Flat for The Shores of
Kraets Laine, a plot for 17 dogle tbmily lots on 18.3 acres located at 1733019th
Avenue North; based on the following flodings:
1. The 1,420 -foot cul-de-sc does not meet the Subdivision Code requirement of
$00 feat (maximum).
2. The 1,420 -foot cul -de -ac would be detrimental to the public welfare.
