APPROVING ADDITIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR A LAND USE
INVENTORY/ OBOORAPHIC INFORMATION SYS71M (GIS)
WHEREAS, the Cky of Pfymoutb wishes to compete a land use inveotoey and compile
addkion iofosmaebn on the Qty to be wed for review of current hod use deresopmeot
propouls and for the update of the city'$ Coagpea --* 0 a Plan; and
Wli (REAS, on Pe xmq 28, 1994, the Qty Council adopted re$olutbn 94-118,
authorising a comtsct with Dditm, Shardlow and Uban (DSU) in an amount not to
wooed $30,000 to anis: the City wkb the Sr$t stop of creating a 00 to be used to
perform the needed analysis; and
WHEREAS, the City now widen to add additional informadon to the 01S ;
NOW, 'IBERSFORB, BE IT RESOLVED BY THB CITY COUNC L OF THE QTY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract or to extend the current contract with Dahlgren, Shardlow and Uban in the
amount of $20,000, with total pmJec t cogs not to exceed $50,000 for work authorized
in 1994; and Archer, that the Nading for the contmet shall come flom Pmject
Administration Nab met aside for the update of the Compmbmive Plan for northwest
Plymoutb.
