WHERBAS, a Site Plan for Persbrook Manor was approved by City Cooed' msohdom
88-383; and,
WIEBREAS, the developer submitted the requhred Site Performance Guarantee in the
foam of Crib in the amount of 534,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 91.660, authorized the reduction of
the Letter of Credit to $13,230.00; ands
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 91-738s authorized the reduction of
the Letter of Credit to 53,188.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has impacted sold site and
moommends release of the financial guammes;
NOW, 72MU FORA BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THU (= COUNCIL OF
THS CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MWNISOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the alar of the Letter of Credit In the amount of $3,188.00, which was submitted to
guarantee site hapeovaments fbr Rocky Point Partaerahlp.
